Melayani 117 lintasan penyeberangan komersil maupun perintis yang tersebar di seluruh Nusantara.

Pada tanggal 5 Agustus 2008, dengan disaksikan oleh Deputi Bidang Usaha Logistik dan Pariwisata Kementerian BUMN dan Wakil Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, PT Indonesia Ferry (Persero) melakukan penandatanganan Pakta Integritas yang menandai diberlakukannya perubahan struktural perseroan dimulai dari perubahan nama dan logo dari “PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero)” menjadi “PT Indonesia Ferry (Persero)”, redefinisi visi dan misi, penegasan usaha pokok, penciptaan usaha penunjang, revitalisasi dan investasi alat produksi, restrukturisasi total serta rencana strategis bisnis. Semua hal tersebut adalah bagian dari pelaksanaan program transformasi bisnis yang diharapkan dapat mengubah posisi PT Indonesia Ferry (Persero) menjadi BUMN yang dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi negara.

PT. Indonesia Ferry (Persero) kembali memanggil Warga Negara Indonesia tercinta untuk bergabung dengan mengisi posisi sebagai berikut :

1. Insurance Staff

Requirement:

• Male/Female, age 22 to 28 years old
• Marine Engineer/Insurance/Management bachelor degree from reputable university
• At least 2 years experiences in related field.
• Have work expeiences on Marine Insurance preferable on Marine industry.
• Proficience in English both oral and written.
• Required skills: MS Office

Responsible:

• Manage the company marine insurance budget and identify requirements and analyze risks associated with certain marine policies.
• Monitor and maintain loss ratio records for the marine class.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and guidelines from regulatory bodies in Indonesia.
• Assist claims teams in claims management and maintain insurance data for management reporting purposes.

2. Procedure and Accounting Policy Manager

Requirement:

• Male/Female, age 25 to 35 years old
• Finance/accounting bachelor degree from reputable university
• At least 5 years experiences in related field.
• Have work expeiences on Procedure and Accounting Policy preferable on transportation industry.
• Proficience in English both oral and written.
• Required skills: MS Office

Responsible:

• Follow new and emerging accounting guidance, as well as evaluate potential impacts on the organization.
• Manage implementation of new and emerging accounting standards including the training, mentoring and oversight of financial reporting and business unit personnel.
• Monitor industry and regulatory developments related to accounting pronouncements.
• Perform ongoing research of accounting and disclosure issues.
• Maintain corporate accounting policies.
• Present accounting policies to Director for approval.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors on accounting issues.

3. Treasury Manager

Requirement:

• Male/Female, age 25 to 35 years old
• Finance/accounting bachelor degree from reputable university
• At least 5 years experiences in related field.
• Have work expeiences on treasury and invesment preferable on transportation industry.
• Proficience in English both oral and written.
• Required skills: MS Office

Responsible:

• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements
• Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates on the company’s borrowings, as well as on its foreign exchangepositions
• Maintain banking relationships
• Arrange for equity and debt financing
• Invest funds and portofolio management
• Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
• Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities
